Subject: John/Amelia Vaughan 1830 forward.

Looking for decendents and information on John Vaughan and Amelia Bennett
Vaughan who lived in Hempstead Co., from 1830 to about 1870 or so. John died
in 1846 and Amelia is living in Howard Co., on the 1880 census in the home of
her son-in-law Jacob Custer. Also living in that household is Artimissia
Bennett Britain, sister of Amelia and also a long time resident of Hempstead.
John and Amelia had three children, Jane (mine) who married Fielding Shumate
Roy and moved to TX: Josephine who married the above Jacob and Josiah
Bennett Vaughan who married Virginia Vann and lived in Hempstead most of his
life. He is found on the 1910 census in Miller Co., AR and died in 1913.
Any information is appreciated.
