Good evening, everybody...

and what a wild, nasty morning it was, June!! When I walked out of the
house to take the boys to school and head to work, the temp was 69 degrees
and it looked a little greenish...and I wondered if it were going to hail
or if there was a tornado coming...before I got the first boy to his
school, the sirens were blaring and the warnings were coming across the
radio - a tornado sited 6 miles north of Batesville at Cushman, still in
the air, headed toward Cave City.

And so it went for most of the morning, keeping an eye to the sky and an
ear to the radio, with the other eye and ear on the customers! Then when I
started to head out the door for lunch shortly after noon, I looked up and
the sun was shining bright!

I don't think that any of the tornados actually touched down, but it's
still scary....

And they're still sort-of predicting snow by the morning, but who knows??
All I know, after living in Arkansas these past 40 years, is that ANYTHING
is possible here!! : )

Thanks for pacing the floor for us down here, June...I'm certain that it
helped!!
