Sandra,
It's not anything to worry about, since I am really not researching that
name. Just curious. :)
I got a nibble (did I ever mention it?) from a descendant of Jane Mason
JEFFERY'S brother, Daniel, through his widow and children who moved to
Greene County, MO after Daniel died. I was elated to hear from someone
from that group, but apparently, he wasn't as excited as I was! I have
never received anything back from him after the first message or two. I
sent him on to Dale Hanks, but never heard whether the contact was ever made.
I am always puzzled when people are into genealogy, seem to want to find
their connections, but are not excited once the contact is made! Unlike,
of course, this dear lady who is taking care of her 85 year old mother. I
certainly feel for both she and her mother.
Blessings,
Jean
