Barbara, what is a waste pile? He told me everything was gone and the problem is not fixed, so looks like
I will have to purchase a new one because he doesn't know what is wrong with mine and therefore can't fix
it.

I am not a knowing Computer operator, I just use it so I really don't know how to look for a lot of
things.

I probably have enough sites now but thanks anyway.
