I do not have a Dudley Barksdale but am researching Barksdale's from Izard county. J W Barksdale was a circuit judge and his sister Martha married James H Taylor. Bellieve their father or perhaps their great grandfather was William Watson Barksdale. Do not have very much on this family and would love to find more.
