Gladys Davidson Helm of Melbourne, daughter of the late Joseph Pinkney and
Minnie Tunstel Davidson, died August 25, 1998 at Pioneer Nursing Home. She
was 97.

Mrs Helm was a housewife and a member of the First Baptist Church in
Melbourne.

Survivors include one son, Jimmie T. Helm of Albuquerque, NM; two daughters,
Melda Cone of Hardy and Minnie White of Tulsa, OK; one brother, J. P.
Davidson of Sage; four sisters, Verbal Murry of Albuquerque, NM, Faye Shell
of Sage, Helen Cooper of Broken Arrow, OK and Aura Hodges of Vertagras, OK;
nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by
her parents and her husband, Homer L. Helm.

Funeral services were held Aug 29, 1995 at the Sage Baptist Church with
Brother Doyne Robertson officiating.

Pallbearers were Art Christian, Russell White, Arron Circle, Nathan Circle,
Joe Davidson and Pat Davidson.

Interment was at the Caney Springs Cemetery under the direction of Crouch
Funeral Home in Melbourne.
