=====================================================

Back in October, Vera Reeves submitted the obituary of Lizzy Hall, who died
Dec. 29, 1929. That was shortly after my sister had a heart attack, and I
didn't have time to answer it then. Part of the time, I have been the taxi
to get her to cardiac rehab. She is better now, and I am trying to get some
loose ends in genealogy tied up.

The Lizzy Hall in the obituary was the 2nd wife of William Anderson Hall,
who had died Feb. 26, 1921. When they married in 1908, she was Mrs. Mary
E. Boardman. (That was from a transcription. I have not looked at the
original marriage record to see if it is Boatman.) Both Wm. A. and Lizzy
were buried in the Staggs Cemetery, near Calico Rock. His first wife is
there, also. Lizzy's stone only has "Liz" on it--no dates (Izard Co.
Cemetery Book).

Quite likely, the children mentioned in the obituary were not Halls. She,
as a Boardman, was not on the 1900 or 1880 Izard Co. census records.

Good luck to all of you with your research. Wish I had time to re-join the
list, but I don't. Junebug, I am praying for you.

Mary Cooper Miller
