Vera,

I think most people drank Sassafrass Tea because they just liked it.
My Mother did.
I have a nephew who loves Sassafrass Tea, he's always out digging roots.
I never really like it, but I found a recipe for sassafrass jelly and I made
some and I like it.
Don't know if it is doing anything for my blood but it taste pretty good.
