Melbourne Times - Oct 22, 1926 - Mrs. Bettie Helm Dies

Mrs Bettie Helm, aged 83 died at the home of her son, Walter Helm of
near Oxford Tuesday morning after an illness of several weeks.

She was the widow of the late Jim Helms who died several years ago. She
is survived by two brothers, G. W. Cornelius of Melbourne and John Cornelius
of Thayer, Mo., by six boys, Jim of Melbourne, Arthur of Union, Walter,
Junie and Jink, of Oxford, Robert of Oklahoma, and by three daughters, Mrs
Hattie Julian and Mrs Ethel Clinton of Oxford and Mrs Belle Robins of Band
Mill.

Interment was in the New Liberty Cemetery Wednesday. (Note: the
spelling of Helm and Helms.)
