Betty,
I have Martha Jane Williams parents as Henry Williams and Elizabeth Byrd per
her death certificate.
In the 1910 Fulton Co. census, there is a William Williams, listed as
brother in law living with William and Martha Watson.
Here is what I have found on the Williams at this time - from Jack Byrd -

Henry Williams b. 1817 in KY
m. Elizabeth Byrd b. in KY
children:
Mary E., Martha J., Josiah D., and Julia.
Henry's parents are listed as:
Thomas b. 1795 in GA and Martha "Patsy" Crowley b. 1897 in GA.
