Sorry, I can't answer for the scociety, but it seems reasonable that
you would receive publications only for the years that you paid dues.
I started in the 70's, so have over 30 years of issues, (plus the two
CD's) Perhaps someone from the Society will publish something
on this website, now that the question has been raised........HRB



Harold-
Will I have to pay 2009 dues to receive the 2008 issues? I understand
that there have been many problems, but maybe the historical society needs
to let members know what's going on--especially the newer members. And, if
they're two years behind, maybe not "promise" new members four issues/year.
I'm not trying to be critical. Please don't misunderstand. It's just very
confusing to me.
