Peggy,
Dorcas CA Meers was the daughter to William P Mears and Sarah A. Jarrett.
She was born in Wild Cat Dist., Cherokee Co. Georgia. The Meers / Mears
family moved to Arkansas in 1869 along with all the Jarrett sibblings
Richard who married a Sarah Jarvis, C. Kinsey Jarrett who married Mary
Bearden and Jane Ann who married Edley Williams (my ggreat grandparents).
