Issue dated August 11, 1933
Walter H. Meers born March 12, 1861, in Cherokee County, GA. He died August
6. He married Rena Gray. They had six boys and one girl, four are dead. He
leaves his wife, a daughter Mrs w. B. O.Neal of Bald Knob, AR. Two sosn,
Paul of Mountain Home and Leonard of Sacramento, CA., three sisters, Mrs
Dona Davidson of Elk City, OK, Mrs Sady Allen of Batesville and Mrs Mary
Chestnut of Mountain Home. Burial was in the family cemetery in Izard
County.
