First of all, I am NOT related to any Coyle's or researching them. This is all the information I have. You can email me for clarification regarding the sources I have cited but I have no additional specific Coyle information. There are 25 Coyle's in Phoenix (not looking at the surrounding towns Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, etc.) on www.switchboard.com and 1 Tim Coyle list:

There are over 100 Coyle's in AZ - a Tim in Tucson also.

There is a well-established (25 years) family owned restaurant in Phoenix called "Mary Coyle Ice Cream Parlor" and I wonder if there is any relation there to you.
