I am looking for a Mattie Turner that was in the 1880 census of Johnson Co., Ark. She had a daughter Mahalia 6 and a son Jesse 1 years old listed in the census. She was 25 years old. She is not the Martha Turner that married Overby or the Martha Web that married a Turner. I do not have my records with me at this time so I cannot be more exact.

She was born in Crawford Co., Ark. She was in a town next to Pittsburg township where the other Turners were living.

She later homesteaded some land in 1893 in Pope Co. under the name of Martha Ratliff and all the kids used the Ratliff name the rest of their lives.
