Hi, all--
As long as people are thinking about Arkansas place names, could you all keep
the place "Patten's Gap" in mind? No one seems to have heard of it, but this
was the recollection of my gggrandmother, and she might have gotten the
spelling or pronunciation wrong. It's the place she grew up (and knowing
what county they were in would help me considerably!) If anyone sees or hears
of any place in Arkansas that even remotely sounds like "Patten's Gap," I sure
would appreciate hearing it.
