I live in White County, Arkansas, I had to go to the Library in the county I live and and sign in
there, and then I had to go Jacksonville, Arkansas and I got a 14 digit number that I have to type
in every time to get access to the census thru Heritage Quest. There was no charge. This was
in Sept. or Oct. 2005, I coyped & pasted the below off of the internet.

You can't subscribe as an individual to HeritageQuest Online. It's only sold to libraries. However, many libraries are buying into the system and making it available to their patrons through "remote access." In other words, using your library card, you can access the database from your home. If your library doesn't offer it, then sign up with a library that does. I did a blog a while back on using the services of Godfrey Memorial Librrary to get access to databases. Check it out.
