Lisa,

I think that may be just for the Godfrey Memorial Library and/or your state.
Many states subscribed so that the members of the libraries could use
Heritage Quest, but due to budgets, etc. some I heard were going to
discontinue this. And, it seems to be that Heritage Quest may not be
available for membership by individuals now. You might check with their
Customer Service dept and ask what's up. I just logged into my account here
in TX and it came up fine. Now, my account is through our library.
