Flora, there may well be a community named ARP, AR. however I'm not aware of
it, and have lived in/around state of AR. most of my life.
If by chance you don't find one in AR., just wanted to let you know there is
a small town in TEXAS called Arp. It once was called Jarvis Switch or
Strawberry.
