Hi knowledgable ones

Does anyone know if 'Mer' is the equivalent of 'Mrs' or similar, please? We
have the name Merhhattoon but wonder if it is Mer Hhattoon.

Also, I am confused regarding the location of Armenia. I know where it is
today and appreciate that boundaries may well have changed over the years,
not without regard to the Russian influence. However, I often see Turkey as
being quoted. Did the 2 places meet up or overlap in the olden days. There
is quite a distance between them now. Also, if I remember correctly, when I
was young I always believed that an Armenian was a Turkish Christian.

Can someone put me right please.
