for a Jesse Edward SIMPSON that was born after 1930 census in Mississippi Co AR. Parents were Oscar C Simpson and Mary Francis Norman. Had a brother Dorston , who died in 1989 in CA. Anyone know of this person? Trying to work on family genealogy. Thank you
