I am in hopes of finding my mother ALTA MAE PAYNE/FRANK

I was born in LOS ANGELAS,CA,may 25- 1961, ADOPTED at chhickasawba district, mississippi co arkansas, jan-1962

my mothers name at the time of adoption was PAYNE, my adoptive parents were BILLY & LENA TAPP,

anyone have any information on me would be greatly appreciated, this is only for medical reasons and not to stir up any family problems.
