Desperately seeking documentation/information regarding the birthplace and parentage of Isaac Sr. approx birth 1788 with birthplaces ranging from Antrim/Down Ireland to New York and New Jersey. Possibly parented by George Armstrong and Ann McNair or Julie Ann possibly McNeary. I can find no documentation for his birth or parentage which has me stuck and unable to confidently proceed back from here. Married to Ftrancis Fannie Chidester. Have lots of good information forward,,,but can't get further in this lineage.
