Subject: [ARNOLD-L] MEDAL OF HONOR

This is a very interesting topic. I have wondered if 2 of my gggrandfather's
from other lines and states would have been eligible, due their circumstances
in the Civil War. One was from Illinois and the other from Massachusetts, a
survivor of Andersonville and Florence Stockade. Does anyone have any
suggestions?
