Recently, I found that someone has stolen my 1860 and 1870 Polk Co., AR Census' from my website and put the census information on your ARPOLK Website. I was not contacted in any way to get permission to do so.

I am not happy about this, because it took almost two years for me to transcribe this info and make it available. My son, Terry Tull put it online for me. On our original website in Geocities, we had our e-mail addresses listed, so interested researchers could contact us.

The person that decided to move this material to ARPOLK didn't bother to list our e-mail addresses on your website. I want my e-mail address, Georgia Helderlein and my sons e-mail address Terry Tull at added to those census'.

Your other option is to remove the census' from ARPOLK'S website.
