On the 1910 census page, on the next line after
township, is the town - in this case, Mena. It
is not filled in on the 1920 page.

The USGS's GNIS site shows Center township about
3-4 mi. south of the center of Mena.

The USGS site is great for all sorts of
geographic info. The address is

http://geonames.usgs.gov/

Just click on "Query US ..." and enter place
names, etc. (Sometimes it takes a while.) Then
click on the result of interest to get details
and then scroll down to click on Show Feature
Location for a pair of msps - one a general US
map to show site in context and another very
local one to pinpoint the feature. It's
wonderful!
