Glen Patterson CLARKSVILLE — Glen D. Patterson, 64, of Clarksville died
Sunday, Sept. 7, 2003, in a Little Rock hospital. He was a laborer at
Wal-mart Distribution Center and a Baptist. He was the widower of Wanda
Patterson. Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Harmony Presbyterian Church in
Harmony with burial and Masonic rites at Harmony Cemetery under the
direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home of Clarksville. He is survived by his
wife, Carol; a daughter, Kim Grace of Lamar; four sons, Jimmy Patterson of
Clarksville, Calvin Patterson of Garden City, Mo., Jason Addis of
Clarksville and Robert Addis of Chicago; three sisters, Anna Immel of
Clarksville, Rita Funderburg of Lamar and Verba Jones of Hunt; four
brothers, Raymond, Clyde and Selba Patterson, all of Clarksville, and James
Patterson of Peculiar, Mo.; and 11 grandchildren. Pallbearers will be
Terrell Patton, Dennis Pitts, Bill Porter, Troy Graham, Thurman Ritchie and
L.C. Griffin.

W.A. Cunningham KIBLER — Wilbern A. Cunningham, 83, of Kibler died Monday,
Sept. 8, 2003, in a Fayetteville hospital. He was an Army veteran of World
War II and was retired from Whirlpool Corp. He was the widower of Inez
Cunningham. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Sunnyside Assembly of God
with burial at Porter Cemetery in the Hunt Community near Clarksville under
the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren. He is survived by a
sister, Lennie Willis of Kibler. Pallbearers will be Larry, Billy, Albert,
Gail and Daniel Ellison, Wayne King and Carl Sears. The family will visit
with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Bertha Bruton CLARKSVILLE — Bertha Louise Bruton, 71, of Clarksville died
Monday, Sept. 8, 203, in Clarksville. She was a homemaker and attended
Corner Stone Full Gospel Church. She was the widow of Alfred Bruton. Funeral
will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville
with burial at Lamar Cemetery. She is survived by a daughter, Peggy Urtado
of Clarksville; three sisters, Rose Moore of Lavaca, Betty Morse of Dyer and
Jimmie Raymond of Greenfield, Mich.; a brother, Raymond Johnson of Dover;
four grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Frank
Urtado, Jerry Christian, Charles, Waylon and Luke Bruton, Chad Moore and
Patrick and Donnie Johnson. The family will visit with friends from 7 to 8
p.m. today at the funeral home.

Martha Wilson WYLIE, Texas — Martha Nell Wilson, 67, of Wylie died Monday,
Sept. 8, 2003. She was born March 8, 1936, in Fort Coffee, Okla. Funeral
will be 2 p.m. today at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in
Sachse, Texas with burial at Sachse Cemetery. She is survived by a daughter,
Doris Hammond of Wylie, Texas; two sons, Ronnie Moss of Fort Smith and David
Moss of Rockwall, Texas; two sisters, Ruby Autry and Marlene Neal; two
brothers, Gene and Dewayne Anderson; four grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.

Sue Frost WALDRON — Sue Frost, 73, of Waldron died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2003,
in a local nursing home. She was a homemaker and a Pentecostal. Private
family service was held Tuesday at Martin Funeral Home in Waldron with
burial at Duncan Cemetery in Waldron. She is survived by two daughters,
Rebecca Frost and Debbie Newborn, both of Waldron; a son, David Frost of
Vancouver, Wash.; her mother, Lois of Waldron; 11 grandchildren and 11
great-grandchildren. Susie Snelgrove MENA — Susie Lee Snelgrove, 82, of
Mena died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2003, in a local nursing home. She was born
April 20, 1921, in Cherry Hill. She was a homemaker, a member of Cherry Hill
Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star No. 443. She was the
widow of Bob Snelgrove. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Beasley-Wood
Funeral Home Chapel in Mena with burial at Highland Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
She is survived by three sons, Dub Deramus of Mena, Garry Deramus of Eureka
Springs and Bruce Snelgrove of Florida; a sister, Helen Philpot of Mena; a
brother, Dean Egger of Cherry Hill; nine grandchildren, five
great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Michael Rasdon BOONEVILLE — Michael Andrew Rasdon, 36, of Booneville died
Saturday, Sept. 6, 2003, in Booneville. He was a construction worker and
attended the Pentecostal Church of God. Graveside service will be 2 p.m.
Thursday at Sugar Grove Cemetery in Sugar Grove under the direction of
Roberts Funeral Home of Booneville. He is survived by his mother, Patsy
Rasdon of Booneville; his father, Paul Rasdon of Booneville; a sister,
Brenda Sales of Davenport, Iowa; three brothers, Ronnie Rasdon of Buffalo,
Iowa, and Eric and Paul Rasdon, both of Booneville. Pauline Bryan
GREENWOOD — Pauline Bryan, 99, of Greenwood died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2003, in
a Fort Smith hospital. She was a homemaker, a member of Greenwood First
Baptist Church and the widow of the Rev. Milo Bryan. Funeral will be noon
Thursday at Greenwood First Baptist Church with burial at Gilliam Cemetery
in Greenwood under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. She
is survived by a daughter, Patti Dandurand of Little Rock; two sons, Dr.
Bill Bryan of Atlanta and George Bryan of Memphis, Tenn.; nine
grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several
great-great-grandchildren. The body may be viewed from noon to 9 p.m. today
at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 to 8
p.m. John Suvada Jr. PARIS — John Joseph Suvada Jr., 83, of Paris died
Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2003. He was a service officer of the Logan County Office
of Veterans Affairs, a Navy veteran of World War II, served as president of
Arkansas Veterans Service Association, the American Legion, commander and
vice commander of NW Arkansas Region 16th District, a member of the Rotary,
the Selective Service board, the DAV, the Knights of Columbus, served as
vice president of North Logan County Helping Hands and Paris Chamber of
Commerce. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in
Paris with burial at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the
direction of Murry Funeral Home of Paris. He is survived by his wife,
Felicia; two daughters, Nadine Ackmann of Virginia and Linda Burnett of
Texas; a brother, Robert Suvada; and three grandchildren. The family will
visit with friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Terrell Dean Moore, age 43, of Waldron passed from this life to eternal
life on Monday, Sept. 8, 2003. He was born July 1, 1960, and was preceded in
death by his parents, Loyd and Ruby Moore, and a brother, Leonard Moore. He
married Janet Bates on July 5, 1984. They were blessed with a son, Loyd
Levi. Terrell was a loving dedicated daddy and a good provider. He loved
hunting, the mountains and spending time with his son and wife. He was a
member of Haw Creek Baptist Church and served on the Waldron School Board
and was an employee of the Arkansas State Highway Department. He leaves
behind his wife, Janet and son, Levi of the home; two brothers, Leon and his
wife, Sue of Mansfield, Howard and his wife, Diane of Waldron; four sisters,
Jane Yancey and her husband, Charles, Charlene Alewel and her husband, Greg,
Darlene Jacobs and her husband, Ken, all of Kansas City, and Julia Ann
Bernard of Crossville, Tenn. Other survivors include a sister-in-law, Kay
Moore of Greenwood; mother and father-in-law, Shirley and Earl Bates of
Waldron; brother-in-law, Rick Bates and sister-in-law, Karen Marsh of
Waldron and several nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service will be 3
p.m. today at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron with the Rev. Ricky Hunt
and the Rev. Jackie Smith officiating. Burial will be at Pearson Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Danny Morran, Lewis James, Tracy James, Chris
Robertson, Jimmy Graham, Rusty Craig, Mark Williams and Ray Jett. Honorary
pallbearers will be Steve Tull, Dave Roets, Dean Nichols, Heath Lunsford,
Troy Nevills, Travis Nevills, Mitch Freeman, Mike Smith, Joe Plummer and
members of All-star Baseball Team.
