Subject: [ARSEVIER-L] Obit & Cemetery info
Date: Thu, 5 Aug 1999 12:08:54 EDT

My G-grandfather Warren Jackson Couch died in May 1900. I have the 19th his
tombstone says the 20th I believe. I found him this year in the Redmen -- is
that correct or is it Redman Cemetery.
Is it possible for someone to do a lookup for an Obit on him? I would like to
at least know what is says and get a copy if possible.

Also I just saw in some almost 30 year old notes that there are supposed to
be other Couches in that cemetery. Why I hadn't looked in that cemetery
before I don't know. I have Mr. Reese written at the top of the page as
being the source of that info and of course I have no idea, now, who that is.
Anyone know a Mr. Reese who is interested in genealogy -- of course after 30
years he may not be around.
To make that long story short -- are there records that tell all the people
in that cemetery and where they are located in the cemetery and how can I get
them --the records if there are.

Thanks for the help!!!
Kay Couch-Lopez

P.S. I am also working on other COUCHes in that area including McCurtain Co.
and also LOYD and WRIGHT same areas.
I saw lots of WRIGHTs in the Family History Book - but no way to contact
them. Does anyone know how to contact the folks who submitted info to that
book. Some WRIGHTs are my kin.

Is the Sevier County censuses on the net anywhere?
Thanks again
