I have information on several wives of Ashley men but I am unable to find anything on Dolly Phelps. Dolly married Freeland Bascom Ashley b Sept 13, 1855 d July 7, 1929. Freeland was the son of Thomas Perkins Ashley b May 24, 1818 d Sept 24 1883. If anyone has any information on Dolly, please let me know. I keep reaching the "brick wall" with her.
