I am tracing the descendants of Robert Ashton of Liverpool UK

Dr Barnardos suggest he was born 11/4/1902 and deported on 11/4/1915 on SS
Scandinavian for Stratford Ontario
Last recorded at Burgessville Ontario in 1915

or

The National Childrens Home suggest he left in 1910 on SS Tunisian for
Quebec and settled in Peterborough Ontario

I guess these are two different people and I'm nor sure which one I am
tracking

Rumour has it he was deported for stealing one shilling !

Doe anyone has any details that might be of interest ?
