I, too would be very interested in her genealogoy, since I have spent most
of my life responding to the question "Any relation to Margaret?" ... She
DOES have a sister Ruth; she credited her with the research on her last
book - Alias Grace. I've been meaning to re-read the jackets on the novels
I have to see if her parents are named; will send if I find anything.

Shirley Martin's inquiry and Mary Darlings recent
offerings on Harriet ATWOOD Newell, has me thinking
..... (I know... this is really dangerous)....
How about we all try and submit an ATWOOD who was well
known and/or respected... Science, Medicine, Politics,
Literature, etc. You know.... the Nobel runner-ups <BG>.
I'd be interested in the genealogy of author Margaret
ATWOOD.... I know she's of Ontario, Canada, but does
anyone know more ?
There was also an Aviator.... Henry or Harry ATWOOD ?
How about searching those files and newspaper clippings,
and sharing what we find ?
