EVLYN ATWOOD

COLONY - Evlyn Atwood, 82, Colony, died Sunday, March 12, 2006, at the Moran Manor. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the LeRoy Assembly of God Church.

She was born July 22, 1923, to Alfred and Ruth (Downing) King, at Marshfield, Mo.
She was a seamstress.

Survivors include five sons, Kenneth Pearon, Laurie, Mo., George Atwood, Idaho Falls, Idaho, Ed Atwood, Marshfield, Mo., Eldon Earl Atwood, Severy, Kerry Atwood, Nyangua, Mo., and David Atwood, Lawrence; a daughter, Darlene Threlkelsen, Licking, Mo.; four brothers, five sisters and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by a brother, Roger Dale King.

Visitors may pay their respects from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Farris-Feuerborn Memorial Chapel, Colony, and after 1 p.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be at the Colony Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the LeRoy Assembly of God Church through the Feuerborn Family Funeral Home, 344 N. Cedar, Moran, KS 66755.
