The EFA book is available through Higginson Books <www.higginsbooks.com>.

The paperback sells for $16.50, hardbound for $28.50

I bought my copy through them, and although they say give them 6 - 8 weeks, I received my copy in 3 weeks, and was very happy with the quality of the hardbound edition. They even gave me a 'deal' with 2 different books bound together as one.

But.......

The ATWOODs in his book are essentially all from New England. He as some descendants found in other parts of the US and Canada, but they all can trace their roots back to New England.

If you're looking for a book with the Virginia/Kentucky based ATWOODs, then the Gilbert Atwood book is your best bet, but I have to say, that the information in not well documented and many of the branches are missing.
There is a woman in Texas (her name escapes me and I'm not at home) who is updating this book and hopes to publish it next year. If interested... let me know and I'll get back to you with her name and email.
