Hi Listers,

I am a retired person living at Boddington, Western Australia (formerly from
County Cheshire, England). I have been in Australia for 30 years and just
recently began to research my ancestors.

I have just discovered a listing for a convict who arrived in Western
Australia in 1857 but I need to find out some more details about him. His
name is William GRESTY who arrived in W. Australia on the Sultana in 1857.

This chap comes from the area where all my family lived at that time and I
would love to be able to claim him as a direct family member but where do I
go from here? I would very much appreciate some advice. Thank you in
anticipation.
