Hi There

My name is Andrew Cobner from Devon in England. I have recently discovered
that one of my ancestors Thomas COBNER was transported to Jackson Point in
1825 after being convicted of breaking and entering with intent to steal. He
escaped from Carmarthen gaol three times and seemed to have achieved some
notoriety in the local press. He died in Australia in 1836. I would be very
interested in any information that anyone can give me.

Regards

Andrew
