Hi List
I have the convict indents of Thomas Powell who arrived in Nove 1822 on the Arab aged 18yrs.
My query is.
I have checked with the pro on assignment list to be told he isn't shown in I think Con13

I have a copy from the Hobart newspaper of the advertisement of his certificate of freedom being issued in nov 1829
What is available to check where he was from 1822 to 1829.
