Hi Lesley,

You haven't said which port Patrick arrived, but I've checked PJ arrivals
index and obviously it's not PJ, as the Surprise didn't bring convicts
there as late as 1835. Sorry, I can't help with Tas or WA.

If somebody else hasn't helped you already, you may find it better to post
to the specialist convict list for either Tas or WA?

The convicts are often the most well-documented early Australians, so you
should be able to find some information on him if you do a bit of research
on convict records and what's available.
