Many thanks Lesley. Appreciate your assistance. I'm copying the AUS-CONVICTS list as you suggested.

Hi Valerie
He was actually WIlliam Stallard or Hallard who arrived on the Ocean in 1816.
Valerie, it's always best to write to a list with questions - either the PJ Convicts or the AUS Convicts

Hi Lesley,
Regarding the 1821 victualling list, you recently sent me information about William Arrand as my ancestor was William Arrow and I wondered if Arrand was a transcription error. However, you substantiated that they were two separate men. I've just noticed a William Allard on that same list. Do you know anything about him as I can't find him on the 1828 NSW Census either? Hope you don't mind my writing to you direct. Feel free to put this on the AUS-CONVICTS list if you wish.
Regards,
Valerie Wotton
