I'm hoping for some insight and help with the following tattoo symbols...
Ship on right breast,

SB ace of clubs in a heart three stars and wreath on the left,

and large star between both,

mermaid on upper

man, two women, GBABMB on lower right arm,

mermaid on upper,

man, 2 women, WBSB on lower left arm, filigree work on each wrist,

anchor and star on back of left hand,

blue ring on middle finger of same.

These are recorded on my convict Hugh Bailie who arrived in 1839. I am assuming that the initials are family members.
