I understand that the Dubbo Library has quite an extensive local history
collection. They are most likely to be able to give you information. I am
ex-Dubbo. The Librarian contacted me last year as she had information on my
mother's uncle who was a Warden of the Dubbo Goal at about the time you are
seeking. They may have inmate information .Give it ago. Sandra Smith is very
helpful.
