Jaki, see Peter Plowman's "Migrant ships to luxury liners" - on p.47
there is a splendid photo of Esperance Bay, with a lot of information
about the Bay steamers on the facing page.
See also Scott Baty's "Ships that passed", where on pp.14-17 again
one finds a photo of the Esperance Bay and a lot of info on the Bay
ships. (I share your interest, as my father was Wireless Operator on
Largs Bay for several voyages, in the mid twenties).
