Hi people
Someone mentioned recently that all Australian Census were destroyed !!
What lists such as postal records, electoral rolls, business directories or census data exist and are available to the public and cover the decades around 1850 for Melbourne.
In particular I'm looking for information on any CARR and GARROWAY in Melbourne around this time. I have a marriage, a birth and addresses before the couple moved to Dunedin and am hunting other family in Victoria at the same time.
