Hello All

I am old enough to have shopped and sup in Farmers Store in Sydney.

It was special if Mother or Grandmother took you to Farmers or David
Jones to buy school clothes, we would always stay for lunch or afternoon
tea.

The outfits were supposed to be more elegant, and had a better class of
clientele :-)

Yes, is was brought out by Myres sometime over the last 20 or so years,
memory is not so good these days. I think it was called Farmers. My
Mother came from Melbourne and she said that her Mother used to lunch at
Farmers.
