These are refs. in the 1836-1888 BDM CD and may be your J.F.L. FOSTER.
The places of birth South Yarra and Prahran are inner Melbourne
suburbs next to one another.

Grandfather Robert Kent, who arrived in Port Phillip on the 9/11/1846,
as a Pentonville Exile, on the ship "Maitland", was indented to this
person for 1 year. Could have been a land holder. My questions are:
