Mel,

We subscribe to the Weekly and transcribe this column for a number of lists.
Our posting is included on this list. Over the last couple of years it
seems this column is no longer published every month, rather every few
months. The last time it appeared was the May 2002 issue which went on sale
mid April. Your submission was not included and would never have got there
in time. Presumably it will be in the next column whenever they run it.
Keep your eyes on this list and you will see our posting under the heading -
Where are they now? - The Australian Women's Weekly; DATE, p XXX

On the 1st April 2002 I wrote to the editor of the Woman's Weekly Magazine
in Australia asking for the following entry to be placed in that magazine.
Is there any kind person on this list who happens to subscribe to the
Woman's Weekly in Australia who can perhaps tell me whether or not my entry
has yet appeared on the Where Are They Now page?

Alternatively can anybody please give me an e-mail contact address where I
can send an enquiry direct?

Any help that can be given will be gratefully received.

Regards,

Mel Bailey, St Albans, Herts. England.

I use Archive CD Books in my research -

AUDREY HALL (born abt 1920’s) in County Durham, England. Daughter of James
William HALL (and I believe) Nora GOLDING. She had sisters Norma, Josephine
and Enid, at least two of whom married Canadians.

Audrey also emigrated to Canada after WWII. She was divorced from her
husband whilst there, prior to emigrating to Australia where she remarried
and had a family. In the 1950/60’s she visited her Aunt Ethel in Luton,
Beds. England. That was the last contact I had with her.

Contact sought by cousin Mel Bailey, St Albans, Herts. England. (e-mail
