When i got them I got them like that but when i clicked they opened without

the simplest thing is to ubsub from the D list and sub on the L list
that way is safer and it is easier to delete the bits U dont want anyway.
On the Outlook problem, it is sonething in the setup. We solved ours but
have had a look and canot find the setting.It is something in setup.
On the jpeg thing, do a save as in word.
