Hi Stewart,

The chances of anyone having the particular passenger list that you are
looking for is not good - if most researchers are like me, they only copy
the page their ancestor or relations appear on, and maybe the front page,
because they are often very lengthy documents, and the photocopying gets
expensive. In general terms, you would be expected to go to the Victorian
Public Record Office and examine the filmed passenger lists yourself, or pay
someone to do it.

Many people are transcribing passenger lists, and you might fluke the
Orizaba on one of the websites, some of which I have bookmarked on my
webpage:

Or, you might find an entry for him on one of the PROV indexes (also
bookmarked on my webpage, but the indexes don't seem to be working terribly
well at the moment. They are in the process of shifting the search room
from the city back to the new repository in North Melbourne, so I guess they
are a little distracted at the moment.
