Below is the BDM registry Office where you can search, but you have to pay.
Was he buried in Victoria ? if you could also search for cemeteries in the
area of Frankston-Mornington

Is there any more information on Louis?
Where can I get more information on him?
As you can tell, I need help in this area, I have never done research in
AUS before.
