Greetings from Ireland
My query concerns a Richard Maher who lived in Springarden ? Morwell.
He was living there in June 1886 according to a query he made to the police concerning the death of his brother James who died in Thornborough 2 March 1886.
He mentioned in his letter to the police that he had seen the death recorded in a
Queensland newspaper.
They were both ancestors from Baurnafea,Kilkenny,Ireland.
Any help or guidance very much appreciated in obtaining any further information
about Richard.
