Not sure if this is much help, but I checked out the English 1851 census for
"Mogglesworth" with not a single hit. However when I did a soundex it
came up with Mugliston and the very first one was Eliza A Bailey, born 1832,
Grandaughter of Robert & Ann Mugliston in Nottingham.

Maybe Hester's second name was Mogglesworth or something that sounded like
it.

Know this is a long shot but I found the Bailey connection interesting.
